  • Cindy Green Senior Consultant

    Cindy has spent more than 45 years in the life and health insurance industry, starting her career in 1970 with Mutual Benefit Life in Cincinnati, Ohio. In 1978, she transferred to Mutual Benefit Life Agency in Louisville, Kentucky, working primarily in life and disability income products.

    In 1985, Cindy established Green & Associates, Inc., to market life and health insurance to companies throughout Kentucky. She holds a Variable Life & Health License, as well as Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Representative (6) and The Uniform State Securities (63) Licenses.

    Cindy is an active golfer, gardener, and kayaker who delights in spending time with her four grandchildren. She enjoys interior design work in her Louisville home and leisure time up north at their log home in Leland, Michigan.

  • Sandra Halliburton President

    Sandra has more than 14 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Finance and Accounting Services with Honeywell and AT&T, including five years of international experience in Corporate Finance & Accounting in Prague, Czech Republic. She joined the firm in 2002 and became an owner in 2007, when she joined her mother, Cindy Green, in leading the company, renamed Green & Halliburton.

    Sandra graduated Magna Cum Laude with Bachelor in Business Administration degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati in 1994, and in 2002 completed her MBA, also Magna Cum Laude, with a concentration in Finance, at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She actively serves on the Greater Louisville Association of Health Underwriters as well as the Kentucky State Association of Health Underwriters board. Sandra holds a Variable Life & Health License, as well as Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Representative (6) and The Uniform State Securities (63) Licenses.

    Sandra enjoys horseback riding and American Saddlebred competition with her daughter and has spent endless hours on soccer fields with both her son and daughter. She is an outdoor sports enthusiast who likes both snow and water skiing. Sandra treasures time with friends and family and enjoys cooking and entertaining. She also supports her community by performing volunteer work with various nonprofits.

  • Ben Williams Insurance Broker + Financial Consultant

    Ben has more than a decade of experience with Green & Halliburton and specializes in individual health, Medicare, investments, life, long-term care and disability income products.

    He graduated Magna Cum Laude and with Honors from the Finance Department at the University of Kentucky in 2004, earning a Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance. Ben is a licensed Life & Health and also holds General Securities (7), General Securities Principal (24) and Investment Advisor Representative (66) Securities Licenses.

    Ben likes to stay active outdoors by hiking, biking, kayaking, boating and fishing. He also enjoys landscaping, gardening and other projects around his home. Ben is an automobile aficionado and an avid fan of both U of L and UK athletic teams.
